The bottom die on this hammer was huge after someone welded an extra plate to it, after cutting and milling it, there’s so much more travel in the ram! I’ve been working on this thing and wow, what a difference! @mt_phillip_metal_works recommended I bolted it down so I just finished that and took it for a test run on some plywood.
