CAT 3054 “Perk-a-Pilar” being machined for Builder's Concrete East out of Windham, CT. We bored the block to 1.00mm (.040”), decked the block and finished honed in our Sunnen CK10. We torque checked the main line first, camshaft bearing was removed, gasket surfaces were prepped, block was jet washed and a new camshaft bearing was installed. Customer also purchased from us a Maxiforce Engine Overhaul Kit and Oil Pump Assembly. We are also doing a full reman on the cylinder head for this same engi
