It's official - Captain Tom Moore, with a little help from Michael Ball OBE and the NHS Voices of Care Choir, has just topped the official UK Top 40 music chart. He's the oldest person ever to be at number one, confirmed BBC Radio 1. He's so far raised nearly £29m for #NHS charities. "It's truly amazing," he said.
