Microchip’s Fab 4 manufacturing facility is located in Gresham, just outside of Portland. This fab houses a 124,000 square foot ISO Class 3/4/5 clean room and a 77,000 square foot ISO Class 6/7 clean room to produce 200 mm (8-inch) wafers.
