What is Night To Shine? A prom for people with special needs ages 14 and over, who will be our guests for the evening. Guests will be celebrated with a red carpet, crowns and tiaras, corsages and boutonnieres, limo rides, games, dancing, dinner, photo portraits and VIP treatment.
