We are Tŷ Hafan. We provide comfort, care and support to children with life-shortening conditions and their loved ones.

Tŷ Hafan is a Welsh registered charity [1] that provides holistic palliative care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families from throughout Wales. A wide range of care and support is offered at the hospice, based in the Vale of Glamorgan in south Wales, in the community, at hospital or in schools.
