Rebecca Romijn returns as Mystique from the X-Men in “Avengers: Doomsday,” premiering in 2026. Meanwhile, she is filming new episodes for the series “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.”

The actress reprises her past X-Men role as the shapeshifting mutant Mystique in the Marvel Cinematic Universe event film, which set up shop in the U.K. She also recently wrapped filming season 4 of Strange New Worlds in Toronto and will return to film season 5.

Rebecca Romijn is sharing an update on her return as Mystique in the highly-anticipated Avengers: Doomsday. At The Hollywood Reporter's San Diego Comic-Con suite, the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds star admitted that she wasn't sure if she's finished filming for the forthcoming Marvel film because the script isn't fully complete.
