Sean Kuraly will reunite with the Bruins after spending the last four seasons with the Blue Jackets. But he might not be able to wear the number he had during his first five NHL seasons in Boston.

Hagens is set to return for his sophomore season at Boston College but is ready for what's next: “I want to be a Boston Bruin really bad.”

Kuraly agreed to a two-year, $3.7 million contract with the Bruins, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported on Tuesday. The 32-year-old centre is coming off a 2024-25 season in which he skaed in all 82 of the Columbus Blue Jackets’ games, collected 17 points while averaging 11:46 of ice time.
