For the most part, Google has issued an update to the Pixel Watch roughly once a month. Most were simple security updates, while others included new features and OS upgrades. Fans expected an update in October, but Google delayed it until this month.

While Google just dropped some new Pixel Watch updates this week after a couple months without, the company warns that no more are coming until 2025.

With that said, the holidays are just around the corner, and it'll be time to update your Pixel Watch again before you know it. If you have yet to update to the latest software version, you'll want to head into the Settings menu on your watch, then jump into the System section, and hit the System Updates option. It happens to all of us.

In a change to the usual release cadence, Google said yesterday that the next Pixel Watch update is not coming until March 2025.

The November Pixel Watch update is rolling out as soon as today to the Pixel Watch 1, Pixel Watch 2, and Pixel Watch 3. For the earlier models, this means a resumption of the Wear OS 5 update that caused some issues back in September.

Pixel Watch models are receiving new Wear OS 5 updates after issues in September. Updates for Pixel Watch 2 and 3 include fixes for unresponsive screen issues. New features like grid view and improved camera controls are now available on earlier Pixel Watch models with Wear OS 5.
