Eagle Materials (EXP) on Thursday announced the dual listing of its common stock on NYSE Texas, the newly launched, fully electronic equities exchange headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

The exchange operator had previously said it was looking for an initial offering price of between $19 and $21.
