For a film that began with a modest ₹50 crore budget, Stree 2 has outdone itself. Even after five weeks, the film continues to pull in crores, albeit at a slightly slower pace.

Following the success of 'Stree 2', a third installment is confirmed with Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor returning. Patralekhaa has chosen not to join, appreciating their on-screen pairing. 'Stree 2' set new box office records.
