Natasha Rothwell's new Hulu series took seven years to materialize, but the multi-hyphenate creator was willing to fight hard for her show and representation on set.

The series, which stars writer and comedian Kat Sadler alongside her real-life sister Lizzie Davidson, and actress Louise Brealey (Sherlock), takes a raw look at themes such as mental health issues, financial hardship, and toxic romantic relationships.
