“The murder of the late Chabad emissary Zvi Kogan in the Emirates is a cowardly and despicable antisemitic act of terror,” Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz said on social media after Kogan’s body was discovered. “The State of Israel will not rest nor be silent until those responsible for this criminal act pay for their actions.”

DUBAI/JERUSALEM >> Three people have been arrested in the United Arab Emirates in connection with the alleged murder of an Israeli citizen, the Emirati interior ministry said on Sunday.

The three Uzbek main suspects in the murder of Israeli-Moldavian Rabbi Zvi Kogan in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have been arrested in Turkey. The suspects have been extradited to the UAE. This is what Turkish security sources report.
