Escalating conflict between Tel Aviv and Tehran has triggered widespread flight disruptions. Global airlines are rerouting flights to avoid Iranian, Iraqi, and Jordanian airspace, leading to delays and increased fuel costs.

Air India Group said that it would instead opt for alternative paths for flights to destinations, including the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait.

Global air traffic has been disrupted following Israel’s strikes on Iran Friday, with several major airlines suspending flights to and from locations in the Middle East and rerouting their planes to avoid much of the region’s airspace.
