D.C.-area chef Anthony Thomas won’t be found working in any particular restaurant, but lately he’s been turning the whole region into his own kitchen.
In May 1995, Anthony-Thomas moved into a 150,000-square-foot facility at 1777 Arlingate Lane on the city's Far West Side. location includes a 2,500-square-foot retail candy shop.
As Thomas transitions from equine to bovine, he’s excited about his new venture. “Praise God, it’s been wildly successful since I’ve been rodeo,” he said.
