(CNN) — Amazon delivery drivers are on strike in four states across the US. Those on strike say that 400 packages, long hours and little help are part of a regular day at work.

UPS is worth about 20 times less than Amazon, but the drivers who do the same work as me are paid significantly higher wages on average. Many of their facilities have carwashes and mechanics on site.
