Strange New Worlds has done it all — a musical episode, an animated crossover, a documentary (upcoming in season 3), a murder-mystery episode (also in season 3) — the show will now delve into the puppet-verse.

"We think of you all the time when we are in the writers room and we always talk about what would the fans want and love," exec producer Akiva Goldsman told supporters in Hall H.

Strange New Worlds has become known for its high concept episodes, including a crossover with the animated series Star Trek: Lower Decks, a musical episode, a LARPing episode, and this week's Season 3 episode “A Space Adventure Hour,” which features a murder mystery ( on the holodeck, of course).
