The Chicago Bears might have a kicker problem, and their rival Green Bay Packers might've given teams the blueprint. For the second time in as many weeks, kicker Cairo Santos had a 48-plus yard field goal attempt blocked -- and it was nearly identical to the previous week after Santos' game-winning 46-yard attempt was blocked by the Packers.

The Chicago Bears haven't figured out how to shore up their protection for Cairo Santos when the kicker attempts a field goal. After Santos' kick was blocked last week in a 20-19 loss to the Green Bay Packers,
