RUIDOSO, N.M. — Severe flooding hit the Ruidoso area Tuesday afternoon and left three people dead, including two children, and others still missing. Ruidoso Mayor Lynn Crawford gave an update during a press conference Wednesday. He said three-and-a-half inches of rain dropped in 90 minutes – amounting to a hundred-year flood.
