The Los Angeles Rams are anything but consistent. While the team spread out its six picks between six different positions across offense and defense, general manager Les Snead and head coach Sean McVay did something they've done in eight consecutive years: draft a running back.

The Los Angeles Rams have done a complete 180 on the NFL draft. Previously laughing in the face of the event, the Rams thought they were too cool for the NFL offseason's marquee event. From flashy draft houses to openly adopting a slogan of " (expletive) them picks," there is no arguing that the strategy worked.

Here is one interesting stat from all six of the Rams' 2025 NFL Draft picks. Ferguson led college football tight ends with 9.0 yards after the catch per reception, according to Pro Football Focus. So while Ferguson was as productive as some of the other drafted player at his position, he did a lot of damage when the ball was in his hands.
