ISLAMABAD: Amid stringent mea­sures put in place by the Pakistan government to thwart the protest march on Sunday, jailed former prime minister Imran Khan's party is preparing to proceed with its highly anticipated march towards Islamabad.

Mr Gandapur urged the law-enforcement and paramilitary forces, deployed in Islamabad and Punjab, not to follow the “illegal” orders of their high-ups regarding PTI activists and perform their duties in line with their oaths.
