A Fulton County jury has reached a verdict in a lawsuit over a sinkhole near Piedmont Park, and both sides have won.

A jury issued a split decision in a lawsuit over a 2018 sinkhole near Piedmont Park, awarding damages but mandating legal fee payments.

Following a seven-day trial and a full day of deliberations, the jury found that both sides broke their lease in the aftermath of the sinkhole’s emergence in July 2018.
