While Manchester United attempt to regain form under new head coach Ruben Amorim, they also face a consistent threat of fitness issues among their players. First-choice left-back Luke Shaw recently became their latest casualty after he sustained the umpteenth injury of his 12-year-long career.

According to Manchester Evening News, Shaw has been sidelined with a new hamstring injury which could keep him out for 'several weeks'. There was initially hope that he would be out for only a 'few weeks', but Man United are likely to adopt a cautious approach due to the player's previous history.
