LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers held a 28–21 lead over the Minnesota Timberwolves after the first quarter of their Game 1 matchup on Saturday night. But it did not take long for Minnesota to turn things on, going into halftime with a 59-48 lead and eventually closing out the game with a 117-95 win over Los Angeles.
