TWO RIVERS, Wis. (WBAY) - Police in Two Rivers on Tuesday said they don’t expect any charges in the death of 7-year-old Jacob Baer. The young boy went missing Saturday afternoon. He was found dead in the West Twin River Sunday morning after an extensive search effort.
