A mom was struck and killed in a Michigan parking lot while carrying her 1-year-old daughter, according to officials.

Cumberland County will conduct adult mosquito spraying on Monday, July 28 and Tuesday, July 29 from dusk to 11 p.m.

Samantha Skinner was pronounced dead outside Alex’s Market and Grill in Holly Township around 6:30 p.m. on July 27.
