Oscar and Emmy winner Kieran Culkin will play Caesar Flickerman in the 'Hunger Games' prequel 'Sunrise on the Reaping,' a role originated by Stanley Tucci in the first four movies.

Confirming what’s been rumored for weeks, Elle Fanning is now set for the role of Effie Trinket, stylist for Haymitch Abernathy in the lead-up to the 50th Hunger Games, in Lionsgate ’s The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, an adaptation of the bestseller by Suzanne Collins.

Sunrise on the Reaping will release next year, and Lionsgate has confirmed several cast members for the prequel.
