Four people were shot in the French Quarter Thursday afternoon, and one of the victims died from the wounds, New Orleans police said.

"New Orleans is a very small place. There are no secrets in the city of New Orleans, it is going to be found out," DA Williams warned.

High-tech cameras helped find the car and identify suspects in the New Orleans mass shooting that left one dead and three others injured. Two suspects remain at large.
