Daniel Andreas San Diego, a fugitive on the FBI’s “Most Wanted Terrorist” list, was captured in the United Kingdom on Monday after more than 20 years.

Authorities in Britain have arrested an American animal rights activist on the FBI's Most Wanted Terrorists list in connection with two bombings in San Francisco in 2003.

Daniel Andreas San Diego is accused of bombing two companies in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2003 and has been labeled a “domestic terrorist” by the FBI.

Daniel Andreas San Diego, 46, was arrested Monday in Wales near Conwy, the National Crime Agency said. He was one of the FBI’s most wanted fugitives.

Known as one of the FBI's "most wanted terrorists," San Diego was linked to two homemade pipe bombs that exploded on August 28, 2003, at Chiron Corp., a biotech business in Emeryville, just across the bay from San Francisco.
