A single-engine plane has crashed into a residential neighbourhood in Philadelphia, reportedly setting multiple homes and cars on fire and leaving flaming debris strewn across a road. The Army official said that the pilots were on a routine training flight along a familiar flight path that isn't particularly complicated.

Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker gave a briefing on the small plane crash in the city on Friday night. Several homes and cars were impacted and she urged residents to avoid the debris.
