BAYTOWN, Texas (KIAH) — A water main break in Baytown has forced the city to issue a boil water notice on Wednesday. The city said in a statement that a water main break on Bayway Drive forced the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to ask the City of Baytown to issue the notice.
