Amber heat health alerts have been issued across the whole of England with temperatures likely to exceed 30C for the first time this year. The alerts, which will be in effect from midday on Thursday until 09:00 BST on Monday, come as an expected heatwave approaches much of the country.

An Amber Alert was issued June 16 for a 4-year-old boy who police say is missing after a shooting in Norfolk, Virginia.

Four-year-old Kai Foreman has been found safe, and the man police say is responsible for kidnapping him and killing the boy’s mother has been taken into custody.
