A Mega Millions ticket sold in Texas won $3 million and narrowly missed the $361 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The ticket matched five winning numbers and the Megaplier, but not the Mega Ball, in the drawing Tuesday, Nov. 12, the national Mega Millions site said.
