Winter is coming again. Another snowstorm is moving from the central part of the country and likely will hit Delaware this week. The snow will cause severe issues for commuters along the Interstate 95 corridor on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning.

The death toll in the storms that devastated Kentucky over the weekend has risen to 14 — and the impacted communities will have to brace for more winter weather.

A deadly weekend storm that flooded the "entire state" of Kentucky, the Ohio Valley and mid-Atlantic has killed at least 14 people as rescuers face another weather system Tuesday.
