On Monday, the Illinois State Police announced a change to their dress uniform policy, bringing back a classic accessory.

That's when more than 400 female police officers from around the world, all in Class A dress uniforms, will march from the Westin Hotel on 5th Avenue to Town Hall on 8th Avenue.
