The Cram Fire reached 77,158 acres as of July 17, remaining the state's largest blaze and growing nearly 13,000 acres since July 16.

A wildfire burning in a sparsely populated region of central Oregon has become the largest fire this year and is on the verge of surpassing 100,000 acres to become a megafire.

The Cram fire, off of mile post 76 on Highway 97 near Willowdale and northeast of Pony Butte Road, has burned 20,000 acres and is 0% contained, according to the State of Oregon Fires and Hotspots Dashboard. There have been no reported injuries.
