Carnival Cruise Line has postponed a few cruises that were scheduled to depart today from Florida due to Hurricane Helene. Hurricane Helene currently has

"A catastrophic and deadly storm surge is likely along portions of the Florida Big Bend coast, where inundation could reach as high as 20 feet above ground level, along with the destructive waves," the National Hurricane Center said Thursday morning.

Carnival Cruise Line is adjusting itineraries of at least two of its ships due to the current path of tropical storm Helene, which is impacting the Gulf of Mexico. According to an update shared by the company,

A number of ships including Utopia of the Seas, Carnival Glory, MSC Seashore, Adventure of the Seas, and Disney Wish appear to be impacted.

The cruise lines also advised passengers to monitor potential delays to other trips as the storm's path becomes more apparent.
