Amazon is cancelling the shipping of their first color e-reader, the Kindle Colorsoft. They are suspending the delivery for up to a week or more. Anyone who ordered or pre-ordered the device will not receive it until November 9th to 18th in the US and November 26th in the United Kingdom.

A Reddit user posted a thread with images (see below), saying it’s most obvious when the Kindle “is supposed to be evenly lit and colored like a piece of paper.” Many others with the same issue say they’ve exchanged their Colorsoft for a new one or simply returned it.
