COVINGTON, Ky. — County agencies launched a new web-based survey to take some of the guesswork out of reporting potholes, erosion, traffic light outages and other problems on the roadways.

The curves of Ky. 536 as it traverses rural southern Kenton County are daunting. Traffic isn't bad. But OKI attributes that to the fact that the road is not safe, but people find alternative routes.
