Damian Lillard fell short of being voted into the All-Star Game but will be part of the NBA's annual showcase for the second straight season as a member of the Milwaukee Bucks after he was selected as a reserve by the coaches Thursday evening.

The Milwaukee Bucks will have at least two representatives at the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, as guard Damian Lillard was named as one of the reserves. Lillard is in his second year in Milwaukee, both of which he’s been named an NBA All-Star,

Brown and company will be joined by the East starters in Celtics teammate Jayson Tatum, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Bucks, Donovan Mitchell of the Cavs, Karl-Anthony Towns of the New York Knicks, and Knicks teammate Jalen Brunson.

Jaylen Brown has earned a sport in his fourth NBA All-Star Game, the second-most selections by a former Cal player. Brown will play as a reserve in the Feb. 16 game at the Chase Center. This is his third straight All-Star selection and the fourth in the past five years.

The reigning Eastern Conference and NBA Finals MVP will join his teammate, Jayson Tatum, who was named a starter last week. It’s the fourth time in the last five years that Tatum and Brown have represented the Celtics together at All-Star Weekend.
