Todd Golden released a statement a day earlier acknowledging an ongoing school inquiry and said he’s considering “defamation claims” as he consults with attorney Ken Turkel of Tampa.

Todd Golden will coach Florida’s men’s basketball game vs. Grambling State on Monday night, the school’s athletic association confirmed in a brief statement on Sunday. “Todd Golden’s status as UF men’s basketball coach has not changed,” the statement read. “He will be coaching the game Monday night.”
