This is the Installer file you find at the top of the Google Chrome download page. Google has now updated that installer with a compatible version of the ChromeSetup.exe executable.

If the page says, "Google Chrome is up to date," you are using the latest version of Chrome. If not, the browser will automatically download the latest version.
