Dallas officials said Tuesday they’re still trying to figure out how the city will be affected after President Donald Trump’s administration announced plans to suspend grants and loans issued by the federal government.

Texas cities, counties, higher education institutions and nonprofits clambered Tuesday to gauge the potential fallout from the suspension, later blocked temporarily by a federal judge.

Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins will discuss the financial and operational impact on county programs due to the pause on federal grants and loans announced by the Trump administration.
