Of course, we also had our first ASUS board today, the ROG STRIX X570-E Gaming, and now another with their TUF Gaming series X570-Plus WiFi model. Wow, what a busy day, week, month!

The TUF Gaming retains PCIe 4.0 bandwidth across two x16 slots and two x1 slots. That's a little less than what we've come to expect with the X570 platform, no doubt due to cost-saving measures.

Last month, we looked at an entry-level motherboard from ASUS, the TUF Gaming X570-Plus, but today we are kicking things up a notch into the mid-range with the Prime X570-Pro from ASUS.

ASUS TUF X570 Pro Wi-Fi Overview The TUF is a pretty open bare motherboard, with minimal heat sinks on the VRM, chipset, and bottom m. two slots with a black colorway gold trimmings.

ASUS sent us their latest TUF motherboard, and it certainly comes well equipped. It’s still a high-end motherboard, I mean, all X570 are pretty swanky in their own rights at the moment.

Perhaps, ASUS intends for the TUF Gaming X570-Plus to exist purely as a blank canvas to serve the system builder, whatever their needs may be. If that is the case, I can respect it for that and ...
