The Freehold-based cover band played two balls: They opened, and then followed, Kid Rock at the Florida Sunshine Ball on Jan. 18 at the Conrad Hotel. Two days later they played an opening set, and then backed headliner Gavin DeGraw, at the Starlight Ball in Union Station.
Kid Rock has been a strong supporter of President Donald Trump. But appearing on “Real Time With Bill Maher,” the rap-rock performer admitted that there’s one issue that could cause him to break with Trump. “What makes me a little not calm is Trump keeps joking — joking — about a third term,” Maher said to Rock. “Get it, democracy is over, haha.”
During an appearance on “Real Time with Bill Maher” last week, the host asked Rock his thoughts on Trump saying he wants a third term as president. At first Rock played it off saying Trump “likes to joke,” but when Maher followed up on the question, Rock said he’d have issue with that idea.
Kid Rock was Bill Maher’s guest this past weekend on “Real Time,” and being that the musician has been one of President Donald Trump’s biggest backers, that naturally became a topic of discussion.
