It might be Hoda Kotb's last week on TODAY, but her co-hosts aren't letting go of her so easily. A new behind-the-scenes clip shared to TODAY's Instagram shows Kotb smiling and laughing while Jenna Bush Hager and Savannah Guthrie are each holding one of her legs,

Savannah Guthrie says she threw away Hoda Kotb’s “s–t” after she departed the “Today” show last week. Guthrie recalled finding the various beauty products and items left behind by her former co-anchor while appearing on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” with Craig Melvin Wednesday.

In honor of their last show together, Bush Hager read an emotional letter about their time as co-hosts. Kotb’s family and friends were in the audience — including her two daughters Haley 7, and Hope, 5, sister, brother, sister-in-law, nieces and her closest friends.

After a weeklong "Hoda-bration," Hoda Kotb's final day on 'Today' will be Jan. 10. Kotb's fourth-hour co-host, Jenna Bush Hager, also tells PEOPLE what she will miss most about working with her.

The presents from Savannah Guthrie didn't stop at pom poms. Guthrie, who has gotten to know Hoda Kotb quite well to the point she wasn't surprised by her retirement announcement.
