Republican vice presidential candidate, and Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN), Democratic vice presidential candidate, will both headline campaign rallies in the Grand Canyon State on Wednesday, as early voting begins in a race that appears to be a dead heat.

With just several weeks until Election Day, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump scrambled along the campaign trail, Trump holding a rally Sunday in Wisconsin and Harris going after the former president on a podcast.

But Harris and Walz’s slate of upcoming media appearances also comes after some Democrats began to express concerns that the campaign was being too risk - averse in the run-up to the election, avoiding one-on-one interviews and town-hall-style events that involve direct questions from voters.
