Noxus has been confirmed as the theme for the next season of League of Legends and it’s changing a lot from last year’s experience.

Riot has released lots of new information regarding how its new League of Legends seasonal model will work, including new gameplay elements and more.

According to Arcane showrunner and co-creator Christian Linke, Fortiche and Riot are bouncing around ideas about all kinds of other projects in the League of Legends world that could provide the basis for a new animated series.

In an interview with League content creator Necrit, Riot creative director and Arcane creator and showrunner Christian Linke revealed the three Runeterra regions it's exploring as settings for future shows: Noxus, Ionia, and Demacia.

Arcane's showrunner has confirmed that we're getting three new shows set in the League of Legends universe. We knew that Arcane Season 2 was going to be the final season of the show going into it, with no idea about the franchise's future.

It’s now officially the League of Legends off-season, not just because Worlds ended nearly a month ago, but because Arcane has come to an end as well. So, Riot Games is onto its next big thing, which happens to be the 2025 season update for League of Legends.

After some leaks had surfaced, we might know a lot about the direction League of Legends will go in the following year. Following the huge success of Arcane's second season, it seems like Riot is fully leaning into League of Legends' upcoming content.
