Police found a 21-year-old victim shot in a field Sunday afternoon near Patterson Park in Akron.According to Akron Police, officers were called to the 600 block of Lucille Avenue.Police say they did recover rifle casings from the field.

A 21-year-old man was found dead Sunday afternoon from gunshot wounds in Patterson Park. Capt. Mike Miller of the Akron Police Department said that the police department received several calls around 3 p.m. for multiple gunshots heard around the 600 block of Lucille Avenue. Responding officers found the man.
