The last time we talked in depth with Arizona Cardinals quarterbacks coach Israel Woolfork, the team had played three games and was 1-2. Now, seven games later, the Cardinals are coming off their bye and preparing to play the division-rival Seahawks while in first place in the NFC West at 6-4.
